Its main focus is concerned with ways of improving the quality of the learning experience for learners and promoting a policy of equal opportunities throughout the whole of the learning process. The policy of Training for Travel is to ensure that no learner receives less favourable treatment on the grounds of gender, race, colour, ethnic or national origin, religion, sexual orientation, marital status, disability or age. TFT also endeavours that no learner is disadvantaged by any other conditions or requirements which cannot be shown to be justifiable.

Harassment, Bullying and Discrimination

Training for Travel will not tolerate harassment, bullying, victimisation or discriminatory behaviour towards any learners or staff members, and has a policy and procedures in place to support and deal with such incidents. Training for Travel wishes to provide an environment that promotes equal opportunities and is free of harassment. Any incident of harassment will be regarded as extremely serious and dealt with as a matter or urgency in line with disciplinary and complaints procedures.
